Partenope 081’s head chef, Francesco Scognamiglio, originally from Naples, brings a taste of his hometown to the table with his award-winning pizzas. His culinary creations, which won top honors in a prestigious Napoli competition, blend authentic Neapolitan ingredients with modern twists.
PIZZA TOPINAMBUR
Introducing the Pizza Topinambur: a standout creation from the 2024 World Pizza Championship in Naples, where it ranked 16th out of 400. Made by Chef Francesco Scognamiglio, this pizza features cream topinambur, fresh Fior di Latte, tangy dried tomatoes, crispy topinambur chips, homemade pickled onions, and a hindt of stranded chilli pepper for a unique and delicious experience.
PIZZA BURRATA e TARTUFO
A great combination of juicy San Marzano tomatoes, creamy buffalo burrat cheese, fragrant summer truffle, fresh basil, and drizzel of rich olive oil.
PIZZA BACIO
This pizza features a bed of fresh rucola (arugula), topped with juicy red and yellow cherry tomatoes from the Piennolo region, creamy buffalo mozzarela, and a sprinkle of aged Parmigiano cheese, all coming together for a burst of authentic Neapolitan taste.
PIZZA MONTAGNOLA
This fresh pizza features creamy Fior di latte cheese, roasted artichokes, flavourful Pfifferlin mushrooms, savory black pork sausage (Salsiccia Maiale Nero), a sprinkle of dried tomato powder, Taggiasca Olives, and a touch of basil for a perfect finish.

Pizza fritta, also known as fried pizza, is a delicious favourite in Italian cuisine. Made with care and skill, it honours Italian tradition by using the finest ingredients and methods. Starting with a ball of pizza dough, we stretch it out and fry it until it's perfectly golden and crispy. Finally, we add mouthwatering toppings such as tomato sauce, cheese, and various ingredients before folding or serving it open-faced.
