PIZZA TOPINAMBUR

Introducing the Pizza Topinambur: a standout creation from the 2024 World Pizza Championship in Naples, where it ranked 16th out of 400. Made by Chef  Francesco Scognamiglio, this pizza features cream topinambur, fresh Fior di Latte, tangy dried tomatoes, crispy topinambur chips, homemade pickled onions, and a hint of stranded chilli pepper for a unique and delicious experience.
