Join Vincenzo Abbate’s exclusive Neapolitan Contemporary Pizza Master Class, hosted at Partenope081 Berlin in collaboration with the Pizzuti Academy! During this hands-on masterclass, Vincenzo Abbate, a true pizza maestro, will guide you through the process of making authentic Italian pizzas. From kneading the dough to choosing the freshest ingredients, Vincenzo will share his expertise and tips to help you create a pizza masterpiece.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Basic ingredients: flour, water, salt, and yeast
  • The art of mixing dough

Hands-On Practice Includes:

  • Kneading techniques
  • Dough management
  • Creative toppings and flavour combinations

Language: Italian, German, English, Polish

Duration: 12 hours split over two days , 6 hours for each day (9am – 3pm)
